This set includes a seam-leveling clamping bridge and a wall-mounted rack that holds up to ten of them—ideal for woodworking panel glue-ups. The bridge sits over glue seams to apply even, centered pressure across boards, helping flatten panels and align edges while avoiding glue lines and clamp marks. The included rack keeps your bridges organized and ready, with individual slots and top-loading convenience for smooth workflow in the shop.
🖨 Print Instructions:
Bridge: Print upright in the same orientation you’d use it during a glue-up. This ensures the bottom is perfectly flat and makes direct contact with your print bed for accuracy.
Supports: Only needed inside the arch—disable supports on the bridge legs to save cleanup time.
Rack: Designed to print in one piece and optimized for printers like the Ender 3 S1 Pro (270 mm height). If your printer can't handle that, feel free to message me—I'm happy to provide a shorter version.
Suggested Settings:
Nozzle: 0.6 mm
Layer Height: 0.28 mm
Infill: 50% for the bridge; 15–25% is sufficient for the rack
Material: PLA or PETG recommended for strength and dimensional stability
