My AKG 240s are great headphones, but they have a fatal flaw – the lids on these are pretty fragile and are prone to cracking. I do tend to abuse my hardware, and from experience, official replacements are hard to come by, expensive, and fail in the same fashion after a while.
Therefore I've made my own functional equivalent. These are intended to be used as a drop-in replacement of the official part 2058Z02210. I dare say these hold tighter than the original parts.
If you print one, post a make! :)
Printer: Modified Ender 3
Rafts: Doesn't Matter
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.18
Infill: 30%
Filament: Prusa PETG
Notes:
You don't need supports to print these, but I do recommend a part cooling fan for the small overhang on the bottom on the lid, which helps it snap in place. Print it upside down, with the outside (flat) part on the print surface.
I used Prusa Orange PETG but PLA should be OK as well.
