Drew these up in fusion 360. Started out making replacement jaws, but realized I'm too lazy to swap the jaws. So went with magnetic covers.
Magnets measure just short of 5mm X 20mm X 2mm. Magnet pockets are extra deep to allow for Hot Melt Glue. I was concerned CA glue would not hold up to the flex.
Printed on MK3 with 0.4 nozzle Using Overture HS-TPU, 5 walls, 5 top and bottom layers, 80% infill.
