In order to print it propertly right click than split→to Parts. If you're using non - multicolor 3D Printer like MK3/4, in PrusaSlicer go to Printer→General→Extruders set nuber to 2. After CustomGcode→ToolChangeGcode and type:  M600;.  Select Two different filament profiles and you've got multicolor capabilities, but filament change is manual.
