Our grandchild has discovered that it is very cool to water indoor plants. The problem was that, all watering cans, we can find around us was too big for tiny hands.
We googled to find some appropriate model to buy. We couldn't find anything near us. Others, which where suitable was exepnsive or with unacceptable delivery costs.
As we have a Prusa printer, I started to design my own solution. The result is here in this project. It took one hour to design 3D model and more than 8 hours to print it. It is much shorter than order one and wait for it. The material cost is quite little.
This is not just a toy but a real watering can. The volume, when full, is approximately 450 ml or ~15.2 oz. The long spout is practical for liquid pouring in potted plants.
No need for support material during printing.
You can watch it in use on Triton Print 3D on Youtube.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
