Hub and bearings to use empty filament spool as wheel

Having a lot of empty filament spools laying around? You can use them as wheels.

Original idea was to introduce kids to wheel hub assembly components.
I have printed that and let my kids to assemble it. Was thon of fun.

Of course you will have create "car frame" out of wood or whatever you have laying around. There is no blueprint.

Bearing outer diameter is 63.2mm. Designed to fit spools from Sunlu filament.

I have printed everything from PETG.
Print in the orientation provided. Hub has to have layers lengthwise - otherwise it will not be able to cary load.

In my tests it cary load up to 50 kg. (Your result may be different)

Use PTFE spray lubricant for rollers inside the bering.
