Adjustable Phone Clamp for Golf Cart

This phone holder is designed to attach to a golf cart with 26 - 32mm (1" - 1.25") frames, and adjust for a wide variety of phone sizes (60mm-95mm wide, up to 14mm thick).

The adjustment for the phone is made possible by releasing the clamp lever pressure and sliding the moving part in or out. Hold the phone and clamp together while firmly locking the lever to secure the phone in place.
 

The “Cart_Clamp_Small.stl” & “Clamp_Nut Small.stl” components will fit up to 26mm (1") square frame. The “Cart_Clamp_Large.stl” & “Clamp_Nut_Large.stl" components will fit up to 32mm (1.25") frame.

Hardware required: 

• 4 x M3 10mm machine screws 
• 1 x M3 35mm machine screw 
• 5 x M3 hex nuts 
• 1 x M4 45mm machine screw 
• 2 x M4 hex nuts

Post-Printing =============

To assist in securing the clamp to the golf cart post, apply a strip of self adhesive neoprene weather striping, or similar, to the inside face of the bracket. 

To permanently secure the ball joint to the main body, apply a small amount of super glue to the threads.
