Audio Technica ATH-M30x M50x Headband

I just wanted to make my M30x immortal so yeah

I tried printing this out of a bunch of different filaments but I found that PETG is the best material for it.

So far I tried random PLA+s, ABS+s and PETGs

Most PLA+ lasts around a month, ABS+ lasts just over a month (slightly longer than PLA+) and PETG has been going strong for 2 months so far.

Update: The v7 PETG band died at 10 months and the v8 should have fixed the stress concentration.

Update: The v8 PETG band died at 18 months and the v9 should further reduce the stress concentration.

Personally I added adhesive backed foam and wrapped the band with a section of black denim

So print in PETG with no supports

Requires 2x M3 ~10mm screws, 2x M3 Nuts, and 2x M3 ~9mm Washers
