HGX Lite 2.0 Mount for Manta MK2

I made this to use the HGX Lite 2.0 extruder with the Manta MK2 toolhead. I referenced the author provided .step file as a source and used Fusion 360 to modify one of the existing mounts with the bolt pattern for the HGX Lite 2.0.

1. Attach extruder (without motor attached) to the mounting plate from the bottom using 3 6mm M3 socket head screws
2. Mount the plate to the toolhead
3. Attach stepper motor to the extruder
