LumenPnP secondary fiducial PCB rig

Mount a smaller version of the LumenPnP's datum board, without moving the primary fiducial, to enable 3D calibration.

Print requires supports and changing the bolts from M3x16 to M3x20. It places the secondary fiducial 5.6 mm (4 mm for the mount's height and 1.6 mm for the PCB height) above the primary fiducial.
