[WIP] Parameterized Plant Saucer

My attempt at a parameterized plant saucer model. Currently only a fusion file, but will probably migrate to OpenSCAD, or maybe even an online generator.

Main goals:

• Independent adjustment of core attributes, e.g. diameter, height, thickness
• Raises the pot to allow better drainage and airflow, ideally above any waterline
• [TODO] Optimize for material efficiency and print time (e.g. functionality / (material_cost + print_time))
• [TODO] Experiment with different “standoff” geometry (e.g. parallel lines vs spokes vs ?)
