Awesome model! I salvaged some 608 bearings from an old skateboard I had lol. Used #6 and #8 sheet metal screws I had on hand. The #6 fit well but #8 was tight. This is my reminder to order some thread forming screws and bearings

Works very well. I was afraid it was gonna be a bit loose on my tubes, as they are 16mm, but it actually fits great. (edited)

Printed great. Works great. I found 1/2" screws to be better to not poke out the other side. Do you have any models that are compatible with these that fit 2 pools side by side into a shared roller? I saw the ones for without the rods.

I decided to use super glue to hold the two parts together, it surprisingly works really well, though I only have one of the two parts for the spool, It sadly doesn't really seem to fit very well at least on my unofficial model of reprack, though with a bit of sanding I have gotten it to fit a little better. Super glue should work as a replacment for the screws as long as you are ok with only using 1kg spools or maybe 2kg spools, though I don't use them. overall amazing model, I'm newer to petg so it had a few defects.

do you need the screws? or could you just use pins to hols the two together, it doesn't really matter if it is held into the reprack as I already have slip rods.

Works just fine. Need to find better screws though... :)

No issues! Printed without support. No clean up needed.

Mcmaster was the easiest place to find and order screws.
