These are the slicer settings that produced the best result for me using Overture Sakura Pink PLA to support Prusament Violet PETG.

The attached 3MF file was based on the guidance in Saphir's post on multimaterial supports. The original starting file posted by Saphir appears to have been cut prior to the stamping improvements in the latest slicer with the MK4S / MMU3 printer settings - posting this one to provide a new starting point from there. 

Reiterating the warnings of the OP - this is not a “click and go” solution: your mileage may vary, and you should follow the guidance in the post to dial in for your needs.

I started with the 0.2mm SOLUBLE INTERFACE profile with the MK4S MMU3 0.4 nozzle printer settings, and adding:

* Avoid Crossing Perimeters: Y
* Volume Multiplier: 200%
* PLA -> PETG purge volume: 160MM^3
* PETG-> PLA purge volume: 160MM^3
* Max Volumetric Speed (PLA): 2
* Support pattern facing: 0.6 
* Interface pattern: Rectilinear
* Interface layers: 3
* Interface pattern spacing: 0

This gives a nice flat platform for the PLA, causes the PLA interface support to lay down slow to give it maximum chance for adhesion, and more than doubles the purge volume to prevent cross contamination.
