CABLE CHAIN 30x20
(30x20x40mm and 17x15mm internal)

- CableChain_3020_Link (As needed for length)
- CableChain_3020_End (1pz)
- CableChain_3020_Clip (One for each of the above)
(On my expanded 95x40 Sculpfun S30 Pro, 45 links were needed for the cable chain)
GANTRY ATTACHMENT.
Two versions are provided
- GantryHolder_Merged - Gantry_holder and Chain_End merged together in one piece.
- GantryHolder - Can be used with most 3D printed and comertial Cable Chains. (Requires 2 extra M3-8+ screws and nuts)
CABLE CHAIN SUPPORT.
To avoid strain on connectors from Cable Chain’s length and height, and to allow for Rotary use, the Chain runs on a support rail (2020 Frame). You can print it, or you can use a 2020 aluminum profile.
(Since I enlarged the laser area to 95x40, I used the two original side frames for the rail as seen in the pictures)
- Profile_2020_166 - Three Profiles cover the distance between the LegMounts on a standard 40x40 frame (Print Vertically)
- 2020_LegMount - (Right & Left) They attach to the legs of the laser, and leave enough space for leg Risers when using Rotary.
- 2020_Profile_Connector
- For joining Printed 2020 profiles in one rail (Print Horizontally)
- 2020_SidebySide_Connector - (Attaching 2020 Rail to 2020_LegMount)
NOTE:
- As with any printed part, after assembling the chain, flex it for a couple of minutes to improve movement.
- You can use the original frame screws or replace them with M5x18.
- Be careful when tightening the screws! VA screws can easily strip the aluminum threads if overtightened.
