Use as a spare part or for other sieve sizes.
There are 2 different models, one for printing TPU 95A and one for printing PETG.
Suitable for spice jar as shown in the screenshot of the sketch (outer diameter 31 mm).
You can adjust the size in the FreeCAD model supplied.
If you need a model file for PETG printed in TPU, adapt the FreeCAD model to the external dimensions of TPU like in another TPU-model or vice versa.
Print material TPU 95A (1.6 grams) or PETG (0.9 grams) - use the appropriate model.
It's recommended to print models with hole diameters smaller than 3 mm with Nozzle 0.2 mm and very low first layer speed ( ~ 7 mm/s).
Nozzle 0.2 mm, Layer height 0.10 mm, 4 wall loops, (at least) 3 bottom shell and top shell layers (no infill needed), no support, no brim.
Nozzle 0.4 mm, Layer height 0.2 mm, 2 or more walls, 2 bottom shell and top shell layers, no support, no brim.
Slowing down the print is recommended. It's not even a gram, so the printing time is practically irrelevant. Set the flow rate down to about 6 mm³/s (nozzle 0.4 mm, layer height 0.2 mm) and first layer speed ≤15 mm/s to obtain nice circles.
TPU sticks well on Bambu CoolPlate, PETG sticks very good on smooth HighTemp Plate / PEI Plate.
