I recently built a Null Nano by Ampersands: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6980005
I struggled to cleanly print the case on my FDM printer due to the tolerances and overhangs, it can be done if you print with loads of supports if you prefer the more rounded design of the original but I had some spare time so designed this case keeping it as close to the original as I could. It was designed from the ground up in Fusion, using the original case for reference.
I gave plenty of tolerance around the PCB, additional space around the speaker & battery, added a light tube for the LED's which can either me left empty or you can push a small length of clear filament in there. Its designed to print facedown without any supports.
I did also create some screen spacers, not the most elegant solution but works ok, I personally put a strip of Kapton tape on the main PCB and then glued 4x spacers onto the tape in each corner, make sure the spacer is glued tightly to the tape. I personally used 2.8mm but your results may vary.
It uses the original dpad/buttons etc.
