This is a CAD work, it is not currently done due to a lack of time and materials. I do not have the CFM Phone 2 Pro |
The first goal was to add an external case integrating a case for the CFM BUDS 2, an X4 16650 (or 14650) external battery, a 1/2-inch Maxeon3 photovoltaic panel, and two speakers on the front panel... Easily detachable.
In short, a back cover to support more charge and have fun with fewer limitations!
Using as many standard components as possible, cost-effectively, and easy to implement.
Yes, it's possible, but ugly, bulky, heavy, and technically, I don't yet have the necessary knowledge... On this subject, the forces and interference of magnets are a mystery that I'm trying to delve into.
Could a shield be possible?
The case opens up a lot of possibilities (limited by weight = magnet power) not mentioned above:
And many other things!
It is possible via a USB-C ribbon to maintain a correct length (minimum +5mm) while allowing a connection with external additions.Communication via Bluetooth (without USB-C) limits the original length but does not allow for charging. See the possibilities with induction.
Magnets can be replaced with steel sheets. This could limit the height but without a guarantee of centering (awaiting tests).

Or use +13mm and increase the thickness of the case (a bit contrary to my goal).
The arrows are customizable but not detachable (unless magnets are added! HC-0X-B)

For printing... Quite a few choices, but I haven't gotten around to finding all of them yet.
PLA-PETG-ABS (Not enough tolerance space! Need to work on the file) will be sensitive to the intended use without post-processing! PLA (for testing adds it's ok) isn't a very viable option.
TPU designed!
⚠If using HC-02, stop on the insert layer with the roof.
The margins are very tight, even if forced through. My current magnets have a diameter that would fit well, so I modeled it for them⚠
Coming soon:
I'm participating in the NothingsPhonesXPrintables contest.
Feel free to use this base for add-ons!
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
