CROCS Strap Pin Set (any color you want)
I have some white CROCS with a black pin, and wanted a white pin.
I used a white paint marker to cover the black up, but this is better now.
You can print in any color of PCTG. I designed them to print with PCTG. Prints slow, but good and solid. You can try other materials if you would like. model files are below. ASA, PC, PA6-GF, PA6-CF and PEEK will also work. ABS, PLA and PETG should also work.
6-1-2025 - JUST UPDATED for inside pin. Added new taper to possibly prevent sheering (breakage). Verified that this new taper part works great.
I will be designing and uploading a pair of printable pliers for those that don’t have iron hands. This is specifically designed to help snap the pins together onto your CROCS. I realized this with my daughter, she doesn’t have iron hands like her Dad.
If you found this, then the pliers to help put it together are here.

Filament I used.

Don’t worry you won’t break them. They snap together very snug, but still rotate.
Designed in Plasticity software. Yes I still use inches. Old machinist habits are hard to break.
Material is 3D Fuel Pro PCTG.
Print Temp - 260C
Bed Temp - 80C
Print Plate - Prusa textured PEI plate.
Infill- 100% Solid
Step height - 0.2mm
Printers speed max 40mm per second. Any faster and plastic will not cool before the next layer goes down and it will blob the small part. Test for yourself. 40mm per second was the best I found.
There were 7 iterations of this part, and number 7 is what works the best. Different print heights, print speeds, and print temps.
Fully compatible with stock CROCS pins. If you only need the other side just print the one you need and snap them together. You probably won’t have the hand strength to snap them together. Place it on a hard surface and press down with your palm. It will snap together. (See pics below for use with stock CROCS pins.) Black pins are stock CROCS injection molded pins. Green ones are my design and 3D printed. Did I forget to mention as a machinist I used to also do injection mold, blow mold, and roto tumble mold work.
