Setting up prints where the extruder automatically bumps the part off to clear the bed for the next print is easy if the part is tall and has minimal contact area with the print bed, but it is less practical if the part is short and has too much bed area to easily separate when bumped. This tool is attached to the Core One Nextruder and can be used to pry the part upward to separate it from the bed before pushing it out of the print volume, allowing automatic part ejection for any part, no matter how short/flat

Tips and Tricks
Tool attaches to the nextruder fan mounts with the existing screws. It does not require any extra hardware.
Recommend printing the tool with 100% inflill and supports enabled. The tool sits close to the hot end; I recommend printing in PETG for best strength/resilience.
The tool does not interfere with any of the Core One build volume, so there is no way to accidentally crash it with any possible extruder motion.
The base of the tool is 1mm above the extruder tip, so it will not interfere with the print in progress or with bed leveling.
Using the tool will require your part to have a 5x5x5 mm recess in the back so the tool tooth has something to grab onto when prying upward.

Every part is different, I recommend installing the tool and then using the manual jog feature after printing an example of your part to figure out the best tool movements to pry the part off correctly.
Works best with the powder-coated print beds, especially if you allow the bed to cool off first.
