Description

PDF

A 3D printable skateboard wheel. It has a stiff core, but it is able to absorb some bumbs. The 608 bearings can be pushed in simple. The core has an offset and is not supporting the full length of the wheel for more grip. It also has some shark wheel like grooves for when its wet.

The size is: 65x45mm

Instructions:

When you want to insert the core into the tire you need to heat the TPU a bit the you can hammer or press it in (or like me just stand on it). The core need to be inserted with the chamfer first with short offset of the tire towards the core to make it work (check picture).

*** DISCLAIMER ***

I am in the progress making it myself and havent test them yet. To prevent quick wear on the wheels I used a very hard TPU (98A). The wheels are made for a cruiser for my kids. Make and use on your own risk!
