Honeycomb Fan Mounting for laser cutter
I designed this honeycomb fan assembly to evacuate the fumes generated during cutting into the cells.

Description
PDFThe accumulation of these fumes can generate small explosions which displace the parts.
You need to place shims between the metal plate and the honeycomb to leave a gap of a few millimeters and allow air to circulate.
You will need a 40x40mm fan, they are available in USB, 12V, or 24V.
I used M3 brass inserts for the fan mount
