Modular IP 44 socket tower for outdoors
I developed a model here because the outdoor sockets I purchased didn't have enough sockets. Furthermore, these models leave little space for installing Shellys or other smart WiFi switches, for example. Furthermore, the stainless steel housing usually shields WiFi radiation, so I thought it would have to be made of plastic.
I installed four Shelly devices on my terrace with this model.
I needed the IP 44 sockets, which are reasonably affordable on Aliexpress. I bought 20 of them.
I also needed socket screws for installing the sockets.
or small wood-threaded screws.
I also have an underground cable running from this point to my balcony power station. Therefore, I developed another module where I can glue in an M20 and M25 cable gland.
