Circle Pen

After looking at all the designs in the contest I just wanted something with a different shape and came up with this circular design. I think it would be a nice addition to your keychain.

You'll find two designs here… 

1. The first ( a "circle" ) one with one BIC pen cartridge 
2. The second one (an elongated circle )  with two BIC pens cartridges for two different colors.

Print Settings

I always use PrusaSlicer settings as a start point and tweak some parameters based on the filament I use or characteristics I need from the final print. 

For this one, I used 0.2mm default settings with 5 perimeters for better print movement and speed. You may have to change the flow rate of your printer to find the best fit for the BIC refills

No need for support on this print.

Additional material

You will need one or two classic BIC pen cartridges.

Assembly

All the assembly is pretty straightforward. Just put the BIC pen cartridge inside the pen holder till the end. That's it!
