Feiyu Tech G3 Ultra longer Z -axis arm (More ROLL space)

Longer Z-Axis arm for Feiyu Tech G3 Ultra 3-axi stabilizer. It allows camera to Roll more than default 45 degrees per side. By using this arm rotation can be 270 degrees on stock control cable and if you change the cable then it can be even more.

It is direct replacement for factory made arm. Control cable goes through arm so it looks much cleaner.

Comparison picture shows the difference between original and printed part. I printed it by using polycarbonite, but ABS or PLA is also fine. Please use atleast 40% infill because too thin or flexible arm makes Gimbal to oscillate and brick itself.

Instructions

• Print replacement arm, use atleast 40% infill.
• Unscrew original arm and desolder control wires from handle side.
• Install printed arm in place and make sure it faces right direction in pan direction.
• Replace control cable a longer one. Example old DVI cable has good quality thin wires which work nicely. You need 4 wires (GND,VCC,TX,RX). Check order before desoldering and be 100% sure that wires are correctly before switch gimbal on.
• solder wires back in place (I removed connector from Roll -motor control board and soldered wires directly to pcb.
