Print thread part at 0.16mm or lower. You can use variable layer height to achieve that and save time by printing the rest of the body at much thicker layer height. 2 or 3 or more walls are recommended, anything more than that is not needed. 

You can also use one of the bottom patterns to create a cool effect on the side that is facing the user. 

Both variants have 0.75mm pitch. Difference between them is the height 5 and 3mm. Additionally, top edge is chamfered so is not rough on the fingers when the cap is tight.

Finally, the inner wall is slimmer to save filament and printing time.
