Battlestar Galactica New Series Upgrade and Fixed Parts

The dome replacement was necessary because the original didn't seem to be fully connected on at least one half of the hull. I scraped the old dome pieces off and glued this one on after the two hull halves were connected.

The LT Galactica title left puts the Galactica name on the side of the launch tube. It was easier than trying to paint it on. Print 2--one for the left and one for the right launch tube. to paint the lettering I put a little model paint on the brush and wiped it a few times on something else to get rid of excess paint. Then I gently brushed it over the letters. I used a brush with a small tip, like a #0 I think.

The turrets are on the files, but they are so small and barely show up on the print. I looked at some reference pictures and made new ones. However, the barrels are too thin, so they don't print. I clipped whatever stub was there and super glued short (4ish mm) pieces of 1.75 mm filament in their place.
