I made these low profile, blocky style and clearly visible iron sights for my Barnacle.
It's a bit of a loose fit at my Barnacle (but it's a good fit on many other picatinny rails and I wanted it universally applicable).
I put a small piece of 2mm crafting foam between the picatinny and the sights to avoid wiggling. That works great for me.

The files are already pre-oriented.
It needs approx. 20g of filament.
My print settings for PLA:
0,2mm layer height
3-4 walls
7 top and bottom shell layers
15-20% gyroid or cubic infill
(print with outer brim if you have poor bed adhesion)
No supports needed
