Fishing float with indentations.

Benefits of having dimples:

• Can be thrown farther (less drag)
• Gets pushed less by wind once in the water
• Looks cool

Printing

Try to have less infill to keep it light, use supports.  To make it waterproof, either use thick walls or coat in a thin layer of epoxy resin.

As for the filament, go with something UV-stable; use clear filament to make it “invisible”… or even better — try something that glows in the dark!
