Sy's Peglock - Looser fit board attachment

I really liked Sy's Peglock system, but was tired of scratching and hurting my hands trying to remove the board attachment. I don't mind a little wiggle room, and I don't need my mounts to be so sturdy that I can't move them. So, I scaled the board attachment slightly down in a few places so that it still fit my board, but it was easier to slight it in and out of any of the attachments.
