DSO 138 CASE- basic impact resistance

Easily printable covers for impact resistance and prevention of accidental shorts.
The clicky buttons aren't covered, as they're in a very robust section of the board.
The toggle switch holes are optimized for printability.
The display hole is raised by 2mm to allow the user to glue in a window. It still provides some minor protection even if left as a hole.

I didn't deem it necessary to upload the full assembled model as its not even intended to be printed that way. Its plain obvious how these 2 parts are meant to fit together
