Print a top and a bottom, dab some superglue in the 3 holes and snap them together!
Orient both parts so the flat parts are facing the bed (screenshot added for part orientation). I printed these on a MK3S+ with a 0.4mm nozzle, with a layer height of 0.2mm. Material shouldn't matter, I printed in PLA, and they are holding great, no need for ABS.
Part detail needed for internal ridges and tolerances, I would not recommend anything larger than a 0.4mm nozzle.
