DUST COLLECTION ADAPTER 100MM (4') BLAST GATE TO 90MM PVC

This is a very simple adapter which allows a neat fit between a 90mm PVC stormwater pipe and a standard “economy” model 100mm blast gate.

The internal diameter of the gate is considerably less than 100mm, so much less so that the 90mm pipe is a loose fit inside it. 

This adapter has a tapered end to match the flange on the gate, and is a snug fit over the pvc.   A little PFTE (teflon) plumbers tape will make fitting and maintaining the joint easier.
