A recreation of the air vent for John Deere 2140.
In image the original is to the left and my design is to the right.
Print these parts in whatever plastic you have that is more accepting of heat.
All parts can be printed easy with only housing and middle blade requiring support material.
Everything but the housing is assembled together first and then slid into housing.
Make sure fit is good and everything is able to move freely, if all is good add a little CA glue to fasten the sleighs to the housing.
According to the person I made this for everything fit well and works as intended so I wanted to share it with anyone in the same situation.
