This is the first version, it's not 100% perfect but good enough for me now, but maybe not to your full expectation :)
Need some time, feedback and will do a refinement once I have some time and testing.
It's good for me now

Maybe it is just me, but it's quite frustrating to remove the Micro SD card on the Viofo A139 (Pro) because you need a long fingernail (or something else to push in). Also I accidentally shot out the SD Card into my car multiple times…

With this handy tool it's safe and easy to insert and eject the Micro SD card.

  1. Insert the Micro SD card, the tool has an Indicator about the correct orientation
  2. Simply align it as seen on the first picture on the slot of the dashcam
  3. Push it in, or Push to eject it.
    1. For the ejection (after pushing it in) you might need to slightly pull down the tool with your thumb so it snaps in (or simply remove it and get it yourself)

Print Instructions

You can use the prepared 3mf with all needed settings (ensure correct filament and extruder)

  • Layer Height: 0.1 (This is required - I used the Prusa Slicer FAST Detail preset)
  • Supports (for the "alignment hooks" for the bottom part)
  • Ensure the parts are properly rotated, so that the fill angle for all parts is in the same direction. Alternatively change the fill angle setting.
    • This ensures that the sliding is smooth, it should work without it as well, but might be rougher
  • The micro sd card orientation can be printed in another color, same color (if not needed) or simply remove it for an cutout effect. If you don't have MMU, then you can also print it separately and glue it in ;)
    •
  • In case you don't use the 3mf file:
    • Be sure to import the TOP and SDCARD pard together and say yes to “import as parts”
    • Also put the parts on the print bed as shown in the picture
  • (Printed in PLA)
