I edited for my Vzbot printer because i have a lot wiring by(goliath WC/extrude/E motor/probe/other so fitting hole. so i fast edit for that's wire .

Some movement of grantry take filament is crease or extrusion stuck. so i used spherical inlet/outlet for the PTFE tube.
