This is a Silvercrest Zigbee gateway module for LabStack

The Silvercrest pcb is larger than the mounting holes in a LabStack plate so the pcb is recessed in a way that allows you to insert the pcb diagonally in, and once it is inserted turn it back up in correct orientation so you can install it normally from the front.

there is also an additional mount for a usb-c socket if you plan to power the module from inside the rack instead of the front. I've soldered the wires for the additional connector next to the pads behind the microUSB port.

Printing

Print the main part front facing down to get a nice surface, I used organic supports for the recess. For PETG I used 100.5% scaling.

USB-C mount can be printed sideways so you get stronger layer strenght.

Mounting

The pcb has a few 2mm mounting holes I used to mount the pcb to the print. The original case isn't using any screws but tabs instead. The model uses 2mm holes so if you have some fitting screws you can selftap them to the print, but instead I drilled the pcb holes to 3mm and used M3 hex socket bolts for mounting. I also drilled the print holes to 2.5mm and tapped them to 3mm.

Parts

For mounting the pcb I used

2 x M3 5mm hex socket bolts (8mm or longer works as well)

1 x ~M3 O-ring as a spacer for one of the screws (there's a component very close to the mounting)

if you want to build the usb-c mount as well it uses one of the mounting screws

These types of USB-C sockets come with a mounting plate and screws, so they’re technically easy to install and soldering the wires is also straightforward. The mounting plate is made of fiberglass—essentially a small PCB—where the connector is usually soldered in from the sides with a fairly large amount of solder. As it is, it's not going to fit nicely to the print so to achieve a more flush fit, I added solder to the top and bottom of the connector and removed most of the side solder. You might need to do the same, just use some solder wick and you're good to go.
