Double TopHat panels with 60mm fan

Options for either half of the double top hat panel. I installed in the side panels on the right front and left rear sections. It will hopefully create something of a vortex like air flow within the chamber. 

Adding these fans has allowed me to print 6+hour PLA prints with the Sovol SV08 enclosed and the with the doors closed. It successfully keeps the chamber temp to 30C, where without the fans the chamber would heat up to the point that the toolhead got too hot and jammed.
