Deluxe Heart Card Kit Collection (No MMU Required)

I started with the original design of the card kit here with just a simple trim for the color pop, but i wanted to add some more pizazz with my next iteration. I came up with several different patterns that i added in to the heart shapes for more visual drama with the model. You can do up to 3 different colors or switch back to the base color for the top trim, depending on the model. I have examples of both in the pictures. All the color changes are height based color swaps so no MMU required!

The card kit was designed to hold and ikea tea light (Glimma), which are ~39 mm in diameter. When assembled the hearts all line up and with the candle in the center. It is designed for a 2 color accent by doing a color swap at 2.6 - 2.7 mm z height to give a fancy accent to the hearts and the second color swap happens ~3.2 mm z height for the models with the extra accent layer. There are two different holder options in the kit that align the hearts at different angles to give you the most options for placement and keep the desired alignment of the hearts. The smaller angle holder is when the assembled kit will be near eye level (seen straight on) and the larger angle holder is when the assembled kit will be below eye level (looking slightly down to see it)

The card kit will just fit on the MINI print bed.

If you are using a glass filament (not opaque) make sure you set infill to near 100% or increase the number of vertical shells otherwise when it is backlight by the candle you will see the infill pattern and it will look odd.

Assembly is straightforward. Start by putting the angled holder arm (hockey stick shape, chose whichever one gives you the best look) into the circular base with the full depth cut in it (looks loosely like pac man). Then put the heart shapes into the holder arm with the smallest heart in the front and the largest in the back. Finally, put the candle holder circle onto the vertical post of holder arm by inserting the post into the slot on the bottom of the candle holder circle.

I would highly recommend a spot of glue at two different locations for reinforcement, the connection points of both the disk shaped components since this is holding a flaming candle.
