Size Options
The Files are named with 3 numbers in the following order
- angle ranges from 45 to 60° (it matches the arc section of the body holder)
- width from 90 to 130 mm (the overall distance from the wall
- height from 1 to 24 mm (the overhang of the frontal lip over the back mounting piece)
If you are not happy with those options, just use the .f3d
to your liking
Printing
- Recommended Materials: ASA, PETG, or ABS
- Printer Settings: 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 4 to 6 perimeters
- Infill: Use a direction-agnostic infill pattern (e.g., Cross-Hatch or Gyroid) at 5–10% density.
- Orientation: Lay the model on one of its side faces. No supports are required if your printer handles 60° overhangs well. If not, minimal supports may be added as needed.
Assembly & Mounting
- Mounting Holes: Two 5 mm countersunk through-holes are provided.
- Screws: 4.5 mm wood screws worked well for me.
