Rugged Box for mini rachet set

A compact tool case for minimal tools, based on the famous “Rugged box” design. I changed the size and, add a hook for carabiner, slightly change the latch design, add a pair of inlays, and slightly adjusted hole diameter etc.

This case accommodates;

• 1x ratchet handle L=95mm (from SIGNET, but I see many very similar ones in the market)
• 8x 6.35mm bit, L=25mm)
• 1x extension L=75mm

For me, this is enough for most of small works.

For assembling, you will need 

• 6x M3-25mm hex socket head screw

Personally I use M3x40 half thread screw and cut them down to 25mm. This way, you can get approx. 20mm smooth shaft + 5mm of thread, which fits this use well.
