CORE One Fire Suppression system (BlazeCut)

If you're like me, paranoid about your printer randomly catching fire  and upgraded your CORE One from an enclosed MK4S, this might be for you. Since Prusa themselves haven't released anything so far I decided to make a quick bracket to install the BlazeCut inside the CORE One. According to the BlazeCut T-Series spec sheet, operating temperatures up to 90°C aren't an issue, so the 55°C CORE One chamber temperature won't be an issue.

To install it you need:

-3x the printed part

-3x M3nS nuts 

-3x M3x5rT nuts (or whichever M3 nut clears the door when closed)

-3x 2.5mm zip tie

-obviously, the BlazeCut

To install it:

1.Insert the nuts into the printed parts, insert the zip ties like shown

2. Loosely close the zip ties

3. Slide in the BlazeCut

4. Tighten the zip ties a bit more, the printed parts need to be able to still slide around

5. Install the brackets into the marked holes, starting from the middle

6. Tighten the zip ties, cut off the excess.

As you can see, it completely clears the print head. While placement probably isn't 100% ideal, it still gives me enough peace of mind to let the printer run unattended until Prusa releases a proper solution.
