My original Bed Stop Rear cracked when I screwed the CoreXY assembly to the Backplate. The plastic in behind the square nut was too thin and weak to take the force when tightening the screw through the back.
First, I only wanted to print a replacement part. Then, I thought I could move the slot further away from the back to make the plastic holding it thicker. Then I figured a heat set insert is the easiest and most reliable solution. At least for those people who have M3 heat set inserts on hand.
The author remixed this model.
I replaced the square nut slot and screw hole in the back position with a heat set insert hole.
