SKADIS door hinge for IVAR (pin only connection)

Left and right hinges (depending on the side you want your skadis board to swing to) to attach a skadis board as a door to ivar shelf (40cm) with ivar pins. You will need 2 sets per board. For stability screw a M4 30 screw into the ivar hinge part and connect the ivar hinge part with 2 pins per hinge (you can order them for free on ikea website, if you a registered) to the shelf. The top hinge may sag a small bit after attaching the skadis board, if you are dissatisfied with that, you can secure it to the ivar with a small screw (I left a small hole in the ivar part for that purpose)

Note: Since you need to rely on the pre-drilled holes in the ivar shelf, attaching the 2nd hinge with the pins will leave a small missmatch with the usable 2nd hole of the 2nd skadis hinge part (bottom part). I was too lazy to adapt the part and I had already printed them, so I drilled an extra hole into the skadis board to screw it to the skadis hinge part.  To clarify that: attach the first (top) skadis part on pegboard holes 2 (screw placed at hole end) and 3 (screw placed at hole beginning) from the top of your skadis board. For the second skadis hench part (bottom) use the 3rd (screw placed at hole beginning) pegboard hole from the bottom and drill a small hole over the 2nd pegboard hole from the bottom (you can use the 2nd hole of the skadis hinge part for reference).

Print Settings:
3 walls
25% infill (you could use more, but 25% worked fine for me)
No support (I enabled bridge settings in Cura for the screw holes)
Use Brim if you have problems with warping of the print bed.

I needed a hinge to attach a 36x65 skadis board to our Ivar as a door. For aesthetic reasons, I didn't want to drill into the visible front of the Ivar shelf in case I wanted to remove the doors again.  I really liked Ulysses Ivar Connector and I thought why not remix it with the only available hinge for skadis to ivar from Lucasdlbs. So here we are.
