Slot Cut Router Guides

Straight and angled (23°) router guides for cutting slots, for use with a 6" router. I made these guides to cut slots into plywood, to make a slotted base for an all plywood bed frame.

Print with a durable filament, like Hatchbox PLA MAX, some kind of PETG, or similar.  I recommend printing each on its side, as they is mean to be clamped onto the workpiece, which should compliment most of the stresses. Recommended print settings:

• 0.2mm Layer height
• 4+ Minimum perimeters
• 15%+ Infill
• Enable supports

Printing them upright would likely make them less durable, and possibly make for a very frustrating print.
