Extruder filament sensor and PTFE

Allow to but the filament sensor closer to the extruder and let you plug a PTFE tube on it.

Perfect if you plan to create a lack enclosure for your ender3v3KE printer and store the spools on top.

Even ready if you want to add an enraged rabbit or another multi material unit.

Thanks to D3vil.Design it doesn't require any other screws.

Added the PTFE tube inserter (no screwable lock, not bowden).
