Assembly Guide:

This is an attachment for the SG90 Servo that allows it to function as a linear piston. It provides a force of approximately 5 N in both directions and can extend up to 45 mm from its initial position.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

1.Prepare the Servo:

Attach the gear to the servo shaft.

Rotate it fully counterclockwise. Alternatively, you can power the servo and program it to reach this position.

2.Remove the Gear:

After setting it to the full counterclockwise position, carefully remove the gear from the servo.

3.Insert the Servo into the Housing:

Place the servo into the designated slot within the housing. Ensure it fits securely.

4.Add the Gear Rack:

Insert the gear rack into the housing, aligning it properly with the servo mechanism.

5.Reattach the Gear:

Place the gear back onto the servo shaft.

Optionally, you can secure it with a screw for extra stability, although it fits quite well even without one.

6.Final Check:

Verify that all components are firmly in place and that the linear motion operates smoothly.
