I had an old 3d printed mud guard that got damaged when I switched out my fork. I did not find the STL again so I designed my own quickly. This one is super sturdy compared to the other flat printing models and can be easily printed with PLA and 0.3mm resolution for a quick print.

If you want to make sure you get no warping and have no housing better print it with a small brim.

Pictured is a 29" RockShox CID fork, but you can scale it easily in the slicer before printing.
