WARNING!!! WORK IN PROGRESS!!!
Feedback and suggestion are greatly appreciated.

This antenna tracker is intended to be used to track UAV's using Ardutracker firmware. But can also be reproposed for other uses.

This tracker frame is separated into 3 main parts. The first one is the base. A simple structure with 4x M3 screw mounting hole with 14mm separation, intended for mounting with MG996R steel drive wheel. The base is intended to be mounted (glued) to the side of another structure, or in my case the back side of a 7" lcd monitor. The second part is the servo mount. It is used to mount the two servos, a support bearing and also connecting to the Tilt arm. The third part is the Tilt arm. One of the arm have mounting hole to connect to MG996r drive wheel, and the other arm have a shaft to attach to the bearing. At the end of the arm there is a 20mm, 30.5mm, and 80mm mounting hole. All hole is intended to be installed with an M3 insert (insert can't be longer than 6mm in length). The plate on the arm can be used to mount other electronics, like a GPS, RX, and FC.

To build this tracker, you will need:
1x 688 bearing
2x 360° continuous MG996r servo motor
1x GPS and magnetometer
1x Ardupilot supported flight controller
8x M3 screws to mount the servos drive wheel
2-6x M3x4x6 insert
Antenna tracker frame
And a power source (e.g. battery)

Optional:
Antenna
Video RX

Patch notes:

Update 1.1
Major update on servo mount and tilt arm. Antenna mounting is now intended to be use with screw inserts. Hole configuration is available in 20, 30.5, and 80 (mm). Except for the base, the parts are not backward compatible with previous version. The base haven't been updated and 1.0 is still the latest version.

Current problem:

Need to make a flat base and/or an adaptor to mount the tracker on a tripod using universal mount/thread.

Need to make a place to store the battery other than in the tilt arm, to reduce tilt servo load.

Need to solve cable problem. Planned to make the tracker relays the video feed, and have its own power source able to power itself for at least 3 hour of continuos operation. With this solution the tracker can move 360 degrees or more without needing to worry tangling itself with video or power cables.

Need to optimize some screw hole diameter, for better assembly experience At least for my printer, the tolerance is to small.

Need to make hole/space for pan servo cable to passthrough during assembly.
