BMW E28 Exhaust Hangers

These middle exhaust hangers always deteriorate and end up snapping and the exhaust will sometimes drag along the ground. I now have a solution. 

Will need to print 2 of them. Because of the nature of the environment they will be installed in, the filament will need to be something that can withstand high heat and has high tensile strength. Also, since they will be stiff and the original rubber hangers were not, these will take a bit of finesse to install. I suggest using a prybar and a small jack to support and move the exhaust around to get them into position. 

I printed mine in ASA (live in high UV exposure area) with THICK wall settings so its pretty much 100% filled in. 

They have been installed on the car for the past 5000 miles and the pictures were taken on day of upload, there is no noticeable stretch or wear.
