As you may know, microscope arm is stupidly expensive. So I design this for an alternative, for the pipe I use a cheap monitor arm that has diameter of 30mm. I also design the holder to be compatible with 25mm(1 inch) and 32mm(1 ¼ inch) too, there is Vesa mount version too. I have tested, and it works great. please adjust your hole expansion setting in slicer if it is too tight.
for the m4 and m6 knob. just glue the screw to the knob. I don't want to make something to complicated for the knob. the hole for m4 and m6 is tight so it should self tap.
if you don't have microscope base and stand, you can DIY the microscope base and the pipe, use iron pipe, printing your own base and pipe is not recommended.

BOM and guide: LOOK AT THE CAD! it should be easy to understand.
Print Setting: Experiment it yourself, my printer is heavily customized DIY printer (VZBOT-400), it won't be suitable for your non-DIY printer. but I always print using 0.6mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height.
